This was my second experience at this facility in the past 3 years, and although I was pleased overall with our experience 3 years ago, this time has well exceeded our expectations. Everything from the friendly atmosphere, the nursing staff, social services, the therapy department, the cleanliness, and even the food has made this difficult time just a little easier knowing my loved one was in good hands. Communication is amazing, the provider and nursing staff kept us up to date, Elyssa the social worker is very knowledgeable and accommodating. The nurse Jess is very caring and attentive. One night while I was visiting, the director of nursing was serving homemade soup, she graciously offered me a bowl (which was delicious, and very comforting on a cold winter night). She explained to me that she makes this soup with the patients, how nice is that? It’s the simple things that make a big difference and the staff at Harmony Hills really get that. They really go above and beyond to make patients and visitors feel at home during their stay. Thank you.
I was fortunate enough to have my mother Alice Camilli accepted at Harmony Hills in June 2025. It was the place I originally wanted for her and it has been a wonderful decision. Previously my wife’s parents had been there years previously and they had very positive results.
Thisis some additional positive feedback from the previous review I had posted. This past weekend and current week has been a challenge for everyone with the large snowfall and extremely cold weather. I want you to know how wonderful the entire staff has been during this entire time. All of them have been hardworking and extremely pleasant during this challenging time. Additionally, the entire staff (most of who I have gotten to know) have been outstanding. All the nurses, aides, receptionist, physical therapy, billing, housekeeping, food service, activities and maintenance are so helpful and good to my mother.
In addition, my mother’s roommate (Bekki) was an excellent decision made by your staff. Bekki has been a very positive and helpful companion for my mother. We just love her. All of this is greatly appreciated! My wife and I have done what we could to show them all how much they mean to us. Thanks to all of you for everything.
The staff at Harmony Hills was great, and treated my loved one with respect. Huge thanks to the PT and OT teams. They did an exceptional job providing care.
My 94-year-old mother is being discharged today after spending 2 months at Harmony Hills with a broken leg. Her progress has been exceptional due to the knowledge and patience of the therapy department. Harmony Hills provides cohesive support to the patient and family from nursing care and case management to the friendly faces at the front desk. As a retired RN, who is well aware of issues faced by skilled nursing facilities, I could not have been more pleased. A special shout out to Qualla, who was always patient, consistent and kind.
I visit a friend as often as possible. Her room is always clean. She always looks fresh and very positive about her surroundings and staff.
The entire staff at Harmony Hills are excellent to work with. The aides, nurses and physical therapists have been very helpful and kind to my mother. It is greatly appreciated.
I will say Harmony Hills nurses are in the ball. They detected some issues with my Mom. Everything went well for my Mom. She is back on the road for recovery to come home. Thank you Harmony Hills . Your staff is on the ball and are pleasant people. Nice environment and good food.
Very happy with Social Services ( Elyssa) at Harmony Hills. She is very nice to talk to and answers my numerous questions when I have them. If she doesn’t have an answer right away, she always finds an answer for me and gets back to me. Elyssa is wonderful! Also, want to make a a nice comment about Courtney (nurses aid) who is wonderful to her patients! She is so nice and thorough and so pleasant! Also, Billy Jo is a great nurses aid. A lot of nice staff works there at Harmony Hills. There are many other staff members I could mention, but these were my top three!
