I visit a friend as often as possible. Her room is always clean. She always looks fresh and very positive about her surroundings and staff.

The entire staff at Harmony Hills are excellent to work with. The aides, nurses and physical therapists have been very helpful and kind to my mother. It is greatly appreciated.

I will say Harmony Hills nurses are in the ball. They detected some issues with my Mom. Everything went well for my Mom. She is back on the road for recovery to come home. Thank you Harmony Hills . Your staff is on the ball and are pleasant people. Nice environment and good food.

Very happy with Social Services ( Elyssa) at Harmony Hills. She is very nice to talk to and answers my numerous questions when I have them. If she doesn’t have an answer right away, she always finds an answer for me and gets back to me. Elyssa is wonderful! Also, want to make a a nice comment about Courtney (nurses aid) who is wonderful to her patients! She is so nice and thorough and so pleasant! Also, Billy Jo is a great nurses aid. A lot of nice staff works there at Harmony Hills. There are many other staff members I could mention, but these were my top three!

My sister is a resident at Harmony Hills. Every employee has been nothing short of wonderful! They are very caring, friendly & personable! It has been a very positive experience!

My mother is currently a patient (May 2024) and has been there for several months. My family and I all agree that it is an excellent place for physical/occupational therapy or for long-term living. The food has recently changed and improved by leaps and bounds. The staff are all very polite and professional. Upon entering Kaylee is at the front desk and always greets you with a smile and kind word. The nurses, aides, administration, porters, maintenance, basically everyone, is very nice and respectful. The facility isn’t huge which is good in my opinon because the staff gets to know the patients and their families and interact with them on their own level. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

When your loved one needs to enter a rehabilitation facility, there is no better location than North Hills Rehabilitation! My 88 year old mother has had to go there twice in the past two years and I can not say enough about this first class, extremely well run! Carolyn, Patti and the entire staff is kind, caring and professional and truly makes the needs of the client and family, their first priority! I truly felt she received exceptional care and would highly recommend them to any family looking for placement for their loved one! We trust and respect this organization!!

This facility is wonderful. All the way from the Administrator to every department in the entire building! I love them!!! My mother who lives there and suffers from dementia loves them!!!! They are amazing… truly amazing!!!

I arrived at N Hills Health and rehab after a serious injury, and was not able to walk for some time. The nursing care was extraordinary. They treated me with kindness and respect and added the personal touch of talking to me about my family and home life whenever they had the time; this was important during the COVID visitation restrictions. The department heads all stopped by to introduce themselves and to verify that all was well.
The nursing and support staff worked harmoniously caring for all the patients. The facility was clean without the need for industrial smelling chemicals.
I met a lot of nice people during my 7 weeks here –I will miss them, but I’m thrilled that with the help of the nursing and physical therapy staff, that I can return home confident and strong.

I placed my mother at this facility after she suffered a stroke. ALL the staff I have encountered at this facility have been kind, caring and attentive to her needs. Having worked at Rehab and Long-term care facilities for many years, I can tell you that Carolyn the Administrator is truly the best in Western Pa.!!!!!

My mom is currently at this center for some rehab and I cannot say enough about this place. Everybody is kind, considerate and caring. The care my mom is getting here is top notch.

Carolyn, the director makes a point to introduce herself and appears to be very dedicated to the home.

I wish I knew all the other ladies by name who are taking care of my mom to thank each one of them individually. They are all very professional and truly seem to like their work despite the hard work they do.

I frequent this facility and honestly been very impressed with all the staff! They work together as a team to care for everyone. The management also rolls up their sleeves to achieve the highest level of care with compassion.

Where to begin? Our cousin was terribly mistreated at “another facility” in the North Hills and we were very unhappy with and the hospital kept urging us to put her back there. I read review after review before contacting North Hills Health and Rehab and came close to begging them to review her hospital records and accept her as a patient. Their compassion and love of their jobs speak volumes. Carolyn is the epitome of a modern day saint! From visiting patient’s rooms – to hustling to assist with a bedpan or dinner tray to shoveling sidewalks – she does it all – with a smile (if you could see behind her mask!). She inspires the patients with stories – she counsels family members when we’re struggling – she kept safe her patients and staff to her every ability during the pandemic. She keeps LONG hours – but she supports her staff and they in turn treat our family member with compassion and respect! There is never a time when we’ve witnessed anything other than helpfulness on the part of every Physical Therapist, Social Worker, Nurse, Administrator or Aide. The difference in Brenda’s care there vs the “other” facility is like night and day. Pet visits, pairing of like patients and encouraging conversation with everyone there are examples of going out of the way to include our cousin She truly is “happy” where she is and has come out of a deep funk that was overshadowing her rehab. We cannot thank every worker there – including Billy Ray – for their part in getting our cousin back on the recovery track.

I should have written this review months ago. I am 43 years old and fell 32′ onto a concrete driveway 8/30/21. I spent 21 days at AGH and had 4 surgeries including a broken Right elbow, shattered left ankle and a broken back. I was discharged to North Hills Health and Rehab because I required a skilled nursing facility. It was hard being away from home, and in a skilled nursing facility, but the staff were great. The aides were kind and professional making sure I got what I needed, and the nurses were helpful and non-judgemental. The physical therapy team did a great job working with me to get the improvement I needed to get home. I am very thankful for the care I received, and even though I never wanted to spend time in a skilled nursing facility, I am glad it was there.

North Hills rehab is a great facility the staff truely makes the difference. They are so compassionate and very accommodating to family members . Would recommend.

I was in the hospital for three days for a total knee replacement of my right knee! As usual, Dr. Brian Jewell was awesome!! From there I went to North Hills Health and Rehab on Swinderman Road in Wexford where the care was first rate! The management and staff was SO caring!

My mother was a resident at North Hills Health & Rehab from January to May 2022. The staff there is absolutely wonderful, from the administrator Carolyn to the nurses to all of the aids and the dietitian. No place is perfect but this place is close to perfect. We will never forget the care that the staff at North Hills Health & Rehab gave my mother. Definitely recommend.
