Conveniently situated at 194 Swinderman Road, our cozy 55-bed mansion-turned-rehabilitation center exudes warmth and homey charm. Located just off the main strip of Wexford, our tranquil setting is just minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, giving you the best of both worlds.
With two units, including a main mansion housing offices and an extension with residential wings, we offer 25 long-term care beds downstairs and 30 subacute beds upstairs. Our community is small and familiar, and all the residents and staff consider themselves one happy family.
Our dedicated team provides therapy services six days a week, ensuring personalized attention for every resident. Our fully equipped gym and practice kitchen area provide the perfect setting for therapy sessions.
With AHN Wexford just across the street and UPMC Passavant a short drive away, access to top-notch medical facilities is always within reach.

My 94-year-old mother is being discharged today after spending 2 months at Harmony Hills with a broken leg. Her progress has been exceptional due to the knowledge and patience of the therapy department. Harmony Hills provides cohesive support to the patient and family from nursing care and case management to the friendly faces at the front desk. As a retired RN, who is well aware of issues faced by skilled nursing facilities, I could not have been more pleased. A special shout out to Qualla, who was always patient, consistent and kind.
